1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via phone, website, WhatsApp, or in person.

• A confirmation will be sent once the itinerary and payment terms are finalized.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your package.

2. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash (as agreed).

• Final payment must be completed before the start of the yatra unless specified otherwise.

• Prices may vary during peak seasons or special events.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the journey may be eligible for a partial refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of travel are non-refundable.

• In the case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Darshan Assistance

• We offer guidance and support for SSD tokens and darshan planning.

• We do not provide or sell VIP tickets. Darshan access depends on temple availability and your chosen time slot.

5. Accommodation and Travel

• We provide clean, verified accommodations based on your selected package.

• Vehicles provided will match the category booked. In rare cases, an equivalent alternative may be arranged.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during travel.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Vistara On Wheels is not liable for delays, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., temple closures, traffic, weather).

• Pilgrims are requested to adhere to temple guidelines and respect local customs.
